Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide using a number of different freight companies (depending on location and parcel size/weight). Only some Melbourne orders are delivered with our driver, all other orders are dispatched with a courier. 

Due to the weight and size of our grating products, delivery is not as standard as other building or construction materials and it requires that we use a forklift to load or unload.

  1. Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  2. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
  3. We cannot deliver to Post office boxes - always provide a residential or business street address.
  4. Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 9am - 5pm.
  5. You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order. (Have a forklift or not)
  6. When your courier is booked, you will receive an email referencing the carrier that is delivering your order and a consignment/tracking number.
  7. Unfortunately our couriers do not allow us to schedule delivery times. Please contact the carrier directly to request an ETA.
  8. Unfortunately, couriers cannot call you prior to or upon delivery.
  9. Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours depending on item and stock availability.

Average delivery costs are around $300 but vary depending on order size and delivery location. Please contact us for a quote.

Collect & Pick up

if you live locally you can come into the showroom and order/pay in store (rather than online). Please note: Only stocked items will be available in store.
